1. Print-on-Demand Disclosure
All products sold on RL7 are unique, made-to-order items. We partner with third-party print providers (collectively "Print Partners") who manufacture and ship products directly to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is being custom-made upon purchase.
2. Product Variations and Color Accuracy
While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, please note:

Color Representation: Screen settings vary; therefore, the colors of the final product may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor.

Placement: Because items are printed individually, there may be slight variations in the exact placement of the design.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Since items are produced on demand, fulfillment times are separate from shipping times.

Production Time: Usually takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping Time: Depends on your location and the specific Print Partner fulfillment center.

Multiple Shipments: If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages at different times.
4. Returns and Exchanges Policy
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind).

Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Charts before ordering).
Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us at R7.squared@gmail.com within [30] days of delivery. We will require a high-quality photo of the damaged area to initiate a replacement or refund through our Print Partners.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to the Print Partner due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping
